Marshall Hotels & Resorts Inc. assumed the management of the George Washington Hotel on March 1, 2009. Since takeover of this operation we have enjoyed growth in occupancy of almost 20%, rate by 2%, RevPar by an overwhelming 40% and GOP by nearly 50%.
