Dee B. Marshall
MBA, Executive Vice President of Advertising
Dee Marshall has been with the company since 1989. She oversees special marketing projects, the billboard buys, the placement of print advertising, the media buys for television and radio, the implementation of promotional campaigns, the printing of collateral materials and the management of websites. She has been named to Who's Who in the Lodging Industry by the American Hotel and Motel Association. Mrs. Marshall is actively involved in the community and charitable organizations, having raised substantial funds for United Cerebral Palsy, John Hopkin's Children Center, and the American Heart Association. She is past president of Joseph House Village and serves on the alumni advisory board of Salisbury State University. She received her BS from Oklahoma State University and her Executive MBA from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury State University.

Rick Day
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Rick Day is responsible for both sales and strategic marketing of the company's hotel portfolio. He plays and integral role in working with the hotel personnel to develop new opportunities and attract new business potential. Mr. Day also works with new project development, performing market analysis and feasibility, market segment distribution, and creating targeted sales actions through our Marketing and Business plans. Utilizing his 16 years in the industry, Mr. Day provides a unique mix of operational expertise and sales and marketing strategy that correlate to achieving profit objectives. Mr. Day has been a successful general manager at a mix of full service and resort hotels, and was responsible for sales and marketing for a diverse portfolio of full service resort destinations, coordinating more than $37 million dollars in revenues. He attended the University of Maryland, and has completed a series of continued training through Hilton, Ramada, Days Inns, and Sales Training Certifications through Achieve Global.

Anita Aaron
CHSP, Regional Director of Sales and Revenue
Anita Aaron is responsible for regional sales and revenue of the company's hotel portfolio. She works directly with the hotel personnel to develop sales and revenue strategies, develop new business opportunities, training, overseeing the sales effort, and assists in the marketing and business plans of the hotels. Ms. Aaron brings over 15 years of experience in both full service and resort hotels. She has worked for Holiday Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and independent resorts throughout her career. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Averett University in Danville, Virginia and her CHSP designation from American Hotel and Lodging Association's Educational Institute. She has taught sales classes for National College of Business and Technology in Roanoke, VA and is currently serving as President of the Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff Lattinville
Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
With over 27 years in the lodging industry, Jeff has generated over $50 million in revenues in his career for hotels. Jeff brings an operational background to his position with management experience in full service independent resort hotels. Throughout his career, Jeff has implemented sales systems, marketing plans and developed successful strategies to strengthen client relationships. His experience includes new hotel openings in resorts and large national franchise hotels, implementing pre-opening marketing and sales strategies, and overseeing revenue and yield strategies. He spent two years as a Vice President of Sales for a national sales and marketing consulting firm deploying local sales and marketing campaigns for LaQuinta Inns, Baymont Inns, and Comfort Inn and Suites. Jeff has participated in continuing education through the Sheraton, Choice and LaQuinta brands, taught hospitality courses at Wor-Wic Community College, and is a Dale Carnegie graduate.

Duane Quintana
Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
Duane brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to the company. Duane spent over 15 years with Marriott Corporation, opening new hotels and brands, such as Courtyard by Marriott, from the research phase to test market and national expansion. He also has extensive experience in managing small to large sales and reservation groups within Marriott, Westin, Richfield Hospitality, and REZsolutions, a technology, reservation connectivity and marketing services company. Duane has also owned and operated Grand Tradition Hotels & Resorts, a hotel sales and marketing company providing representation for independently owned three to five star hotels internationally. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and has completed MBA courses in advanced management at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia.

Josephine Allen
Marketing Manager
Josephine Allen is responsible for assistance in the execution and coordination of the marketing projects for the hotel portfolio and the regional staff. She coordinates the execution of media placement, updates to the web presence and internet sites, and assists Sales and Marketing staff in the execution of our Marketing Schedules. Josephine brings 15 years of marketing experience to the company. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management. She was previously employed with Perdue Farms as an International Marketing Manager, handling international food shows, events, product promotion and new product development.
