Michael E. Getzey
Executive Vice President and COO
Michael Getzey has been with the company since 1981. He is integrally involved on a day-to-day basis with all aspects of the operations of the entire Marshall Management, Inc. hotel portfolio. A licensed commercial real estate broker, Mr. Getzey has a wide and varied background which includes attendance at the Culinary Institute of America. Mr. Getzey has been responsible for acquisitions, project administration and overseeing operations which involve hotel development and facility renovation projects. His duties have included overseeing over $25 million in hotel renovations; the construction from site selection to the opening of many hotels; involvement with the $11 million acquisition and subsequent relicensing of a Holiday Inn; and consulting on several multi-million dollar hotel construction developments. He attended the University of New Haven in Connecticut and graduated from Delaware's Brandywine College.

Ben Seidel
Executive Vice President
Ben Seidel brings over 25 years of experience in both the full and focused service hotel and convention center industries to Marshall Management’s executive team. He has served as Director of Sales, Director of Food and Beverage and General Manager in the Sheraton, Hilton, Radisson and Marriott systems throughout the northeast. Mr. Seidel joined Marshall Management with over ten years of multi-unit responsibilities overseeing a portfolio of over $80 million in revenue and nearly $300 million in new property and destination development. A graduate of the West Chester University in Pennsylvania, Mr. Seidel served two terms as chairman of Sheraton’s International Franchise Council and was a charter member of the Starwood Hotels and Resorts Marketing Board of Directors. He has taught hospitality marketing and accounting management at the Central Connecticut State University’s school of hospitality. He serves as chapter treasurer for the Professional Convention Management Association and is a member of various hospitality boards and associations. He received his CHA and CHSP certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Educational Institute.

Dave Douglas
Regional Director of Operations
Dave Douglas, Regional Director of Operations - has been with Marshall Management since 1994 as a General Manager. Recently promoted, he brings a very hands on approach to the direction to managing of hotels and increases the bench strength operating the portfolio. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality field in both full and limited service hotels, he has served as Director of Food and Beverage and General Manager of Holiday Inns, Sheraton, Ramada, Choice, Best Western and independent properties ranging in size from 88 units to 350 plus unit properties. He has also served on the Regional Advisory Board for Choice Hotels International. He is a graduate of Canton University located in upstate New York with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Jim Bokosky
Regional Director of Operations
A twenty five year veteran of the Hospitality Industry, he has served as General Manager, and Regional Director of Operations of Brands such as Hampton Inns, Holiday Inns, Hilton Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Four Points by Sheraton Hotels, Embassy Suites, and Clarion Hotels. Jim has enjoyed a great deal of success over the years, and has been recognized for his ability to drive business to his Hotels by creating new demand using the "Brand within a Brand" within a brand approach. Jim has partnered with Themed Restaurants, Spa Operators, Comedy Club Operators, and Jazz Club operators, to increase Hotels profitability. Jim has served on Boards such as the Pennsylvania Tourism Bureau, The Greater Reading Convention and Visitors Bureau, The Reading Economic Development Bureau, and the Lehigh Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau.
