David Harvill Vice President and Corporate Controller David Harvill has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He brings valuable property, regional and corporate level experience from the respected hotel companies of Hilton, Starwood and Interstate Hotels as well as privately held hotel ownership, management and consultancy groups. Mr Harvill has served in the capacities of Property Controller, Area Controller, Regional Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller. He is responsible for the entire accounting discipline for property operations, training, audit, information technology and consulting for Marshall Management, Inc. Mr. Harvill attended the University of Northern Colorado and has a degree from Tompkins College. |

Georgianne Schade CPA, Assistant Corporate Controller Georgianne Schade brings to the company 15 years of experience; six years as a General Manager of a limited-service property as well as four years as Controller of a resort property in Ocean City, Maryland. Prior to that, she conducted financial and tax work in the construction industry. In addition to assisting the Vice President of Accounting, Ms. Shade visits individual properties, conducts internal audits and trains on-site accounting personnel. She also functions as a Human Resource Director for the company. She graduated from Mount St. Joseph College in Cincinnati and has done post-graduate work at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and at Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. |

Janann Tallent Manager of Acquisitions and Audits Janann Tallent's responsibilities include the interface and support of all new property acquisitions and performs ongoing property system audits for the Company portfolio. Janann brings over ten years of management and accounting experience for the property management and parking industries. She was responsible for over 250 properties in the Washington, DC metropolitan area that generated over $90 million dollars in annual revenues and employed over 1,000 union and non-union associates. Her experience has included both private and publicly held companies, mergers, and re-organizations. Janann's hospitality experience includes tenure as a manager of Finance and Human Resources with the Marriott Corporation. She was a Charter Member Associate with the Baltimore Residence Inn at the Inner Harbor |
