| 2006 |
The company opened the LaQuinta Inn and Suites in Latham, NY in May 2006, assisting the ownership in the operations and sales of the hotel both pre and post opening.
The Hampton Inn and Suites in Fredericksburg, VA opened in March 2006. The 121 room project was developed from conception and successfully achieved better than market performance within three full weeks of operation.
The Hampton Inn in Farmville, VA opened in January 2006. The Grand Opening celebration was hosted March 13th, attended by the top officials and University staff from the community. |

| 2005 |
The company was hired to operate three hotels in Cherokee, NC. A Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn and the Best Western Great Smokies Inn are a collection of family owned properties, and will be enhanced operationally and re-positioned to capture increased revenues through their respective brands, group sales and the internet travel portals.
The company is working with three new projects, two scheduled to open in 2006. The Hampton Inn and Suites in Ephrata, Pennsylvania opened in September 2005, and we have two new Hampton locations opening January 2006 in Fredericksburg and Farmville, Virginia.
The Manager was retained by the owner of the historic Tidewater Inn in Easton, MD and developed a business plan to re-structure the hotel operations and enhance the marketing and revenue position of the hotel to meet financial objectives for both the owner and lender.
A 74 unit Holiday Inn Express in Kent, Ohio was opened in June 2005, and the Manager assisted in pre-marketing establishing operating standards for the new construction project.
Utilizing experience in resort destination markets, the Manager is now operating the 97 unit Comfort Inn Mountain River Suites in Sevierville, Tennessee and coordinating the renovation of the property's guest rooms and public spaces.
The Manager is assisting an existing ownership group in the sale of an independent hotel in Virginia Beach, VA.
Two hotels in Naples and Bonita Springs Florida joined the portfolio, a Quality Inn and Suites Park Shore and the Comfort Inn Bonita Springs. |

The Holiday Inn Express in Camp Springs joined the portfolio, and underwent a re-positioning, renovation and focus on quality assurance improvements.
Ownership of the historic Hotel Utica appointed the Manager to operate the 111 room hotel.
The Manager was hired to operate a portfolio of 6 hotels, four Comfort Suites and one Hampton Inn and Suites in Indiana, and a Comfort Inn in Fayetteville North Carolina for the Independent Property Operators of America.
Baltimore International College appointed The Manager to operate their third hotel located in Virginia, County Cavan, Ireland. The hotel is named The Park Hotel and has 32 rooms associated with a culinary school.
The 120 room Comfort Suites - Laurel Lakes, located in Laurel, Maryland was added to the portfolio of Marshall Management, Inc. Hotels.
The ownership of the Gainesville, FL hotel signed management agreements with The Manager to operate the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, and The Wingate Inn (under construction) in Destin, Florida. |

The Manager was appointed Management Agent to operate the 154 room Ramada Inn located in Wytheville, Virginia by a local group of investors.
The Manager assisted Kentucky Central Life Insurance, Asset Managers for the Quality Suites, Baton Rouge, LA in the sale of the hotel for a substantial profit. The new owners appointed The Manager to continue to act as Management Agent for the hotel.
The Manager assumed management responsibilities for the food and beverage operation of the Grand Hotel that the owner previously leased. This contract gave The Manager complete control of the operation of the entire 250-room property.
The Manager was hired as a consultant to provide a business plan for new owners of the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel located at the Miami, Florida airport.
The Manager was appointed by Baltimore International College to operate their second hotel in the City of Baltimore, Maryland, the 190 room Mt. Vernon Hotel.
A management contract was signed with White Marsh Management, LP to operate the 224 room Holiday Inn - Ft. Washington, located in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA.
The Travelodge with 150 rooms and owned by Interstate Properties, LTD. hired The Manager as management agent.
The Manager was appointed to operate the Quality Inn located in Gainesville, Florida with 88 rooms. This was the first of three hotels The Manager will operate for this ownership. |

The manager contracted to manage the Hotel Colonial America in Williamsburg, Virginia, a 189 room full-service property.
The Holiday Inn in Lebanon, Indianapolis was converted to a Ramada Inn.
The Drum Runners Seafood Restaurant was opened as part of the Hatteras Island Resort in Rodanthe, NC.
A management company agreement was signed to operate the Quality Inn in Carneys Point, New Jersey. |

The Manager opened the Grand Hotel, a 250 room full-service hotel overlooking the ocean on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland.
The consulting agreement for the Hatteras Island Resort in Rodanthe, North Carolina was converted to a management contract.
The Manager was involved with the management of three hotels in Wyoming.
A management agreement was signed to operate the 205 room Holiday Inn Conference Center in Lebanon, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis. |

The Manager was appointed management agent for three hotels owned by Dr. Bharat Sangani of Ocean Springs, Mississippi: Hawthorn Suites - Ft. Myers, Florida, Holiday Inn Express - Plant City, Florida, Wingate Inn - Biloxi, Mississippi.
The Manager was appointed management agent for the Hawthorn Hotel & Suites in Toledo, Ohio.
The Manager was appointed the management agent for both the Quality Inn and Suites and the Red Roof Inn located in Richmond, Virginia. A consulting agreement was signed with the Hatteras Island Resort in Rodanthe, North Carolina.
A management contract was signed for the management of the Grand Stowaway, a brand name high-rise hotel in Ocean City, Maryland.
The Manager was appointed the management agent of the Ramada Inn, in Towson, Maryland. |

The Manager was appointed management agent for the 84-room Econo Lodge in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It was asked to oversee the development of a 26-room addition.
A development contract was signed for an all-suites, 84-room hotel in Dewey Beach, Delaware to open in the Spring of 2000.
The Manager was appointed management agent for the 186-room Florida Mall Inn in Orlando, Florida. Renovations were completed and the property converted to a Best Inn.
A development contract was signed for a Best Inn in Lakewood, New Jersey.
The Manager was appointed the management agent for the Ocean Manor Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. the oceanfront hotel will be totally repositioned to a four star property over the next three years.
The Manager was appointed management agent for Green Hill Yacht and Country Club in Salisbury, Maryland. Marshall Management formed a new division of the Manager called Golf and Clubs in order to pursue additional contract opportunities in the golfing industry. |

The Manager retained both the development and management contracts for the Paradise Plaza Inn, a boutique hotel on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland.
The Manager totally renovated the 28 room non-operational Travelers Budget Inn in Princess Anne, Maryland for $150,000 in four months and assumed its management. The hotel sold in January 2000 for a substantial profit.
The Manager was appointed management agent for the Quality Inn & Suites in Waterloo, Iowa.
The Manager was appointed management agent for new 90 room Sleep Inn in Salisbury, Maryland.
The Manager was appointed developer and management agent for the 150 room Hampton Inn in Salisbury, Maryland. Because of the Manager's close supervision during the development phase, the costs were kept below initial development projections and opened in August 1999. |

The Manager sold Comfort Inn - Elk Grove Village for Creamer Realty more than twice the book value that was present at the management takeover. Earnings increased by 134% during management engagement.
The Travelodge Marina/Monterey was sold for $57,200 per room, a 36 percent premium to book value at takeover. |

The Manager was hired by Creamer Realty Consultants, asset managers for Kentucky Central Life Insurance, to manage the following hotels: Comfort Inn - Elk Grove Village, Illinois; Quality Suites - Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Holiday Inn - Capital Plaza, Frankfort; and Travelodge - Marina/Monterey, California.
The Manager was appointed management agent for A/A to operate their 193-room Ramada Limited Hotel located in Springfield, Virginia. The hotel was sold within six months for the owner's listed price. |

The Manager purchased land for $1,000,000 in Phoenix, Arizona on 51st Avenue and Interstate 10 to develop a 130-room Hampton Inn. The development concept was sold within one year, realizing a 300% profit. |

The Manager was appointed management agent for Natural Bridge Inn and Conference Center, situated on 1,600 acres, to operate the entire complex consisting of 180 guest rooms, three restaurants, a 50,000 square foot gift shop, caverns and the Bridge (one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World). The complex, which has a negative cash flow prior to Marshall Management taking over the management duties, now enjoys excellent profits, today.
The Manager was hired for consulting purposes by Mr. Malcolm Berman to operate the 330 room all-suite hotel, the Princess Royale Hotel, located on the beach in Ocean City, Maryland. The company assisted him in selection of a new General Manager, budget projections and marketing plan. The hotel's profit was increased by more than $1 million in 1995. |

The Manager was appointed management agent by Mr. & Mrs. Brice Phillips of Phillips Crab House Restaurant fame to manage the 200 room high-rise Holiday Inn - Palm Beach Airport, located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Phillips have been pleased with the returns on their investment. |

The Manager was hired by First Federal Savings of Hazelton, Pennsylvania to manage it's foreclosed Pocono Grand Hotel in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. In eight months, the property sold for an all cash book value price.
The Manager was appointed managing agent by Mr. Angelo Puglisi, Managing General Partner, of the Fenwick Inn - Ocean City, Maryland, Travelers Budget Inn - Hagerstown, Maryland and Howard Johnson Motor Lodge - Kokomo, Indiana. The hotels were renovated and all but the Fenwick Inn were sold. In one year's time, gross operating profit of the Fenwick Inn was increased by 49.5% and is today an excellent investment.
The Manager was appointed Court Receiver and Management Agent by First Nationwide Bank for the Holiday Inn - Rivermont Centre in Louisville, Kentucky. With a book value of under $3,000,000, Net Operating Profit of $519,793 before debt service was generated during the first twelve months.
The Manager was directed by a Court-Appointed Receiver to manage the Econo Lodge in Findlay, Ohio. Following bank receiving title, property sold. |

The Manager was appointed receiver of Midway Motor Lodge in Elkhart, Indiana by the city's circuit court. A Quality Hotel franchise was acquired. Within a year's time the hotel was successfully sold.
First Nationwide Bank turned over the management of the already foreclosed North Chicago Inn, Chicago, Illinois. The hotel was repositioned and, subsequently sold for book value in less than a year's time.
The Manager was appointed receiver on behalf of First Nationwide Bank of 156 room Stage Coach Inn, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In approximately one year, following foreclosure, property sold for over $1,000,000. |

The Manager acquired the management contract from First Nationwide Bank for the foreclosed Scottish Inn in Tampa, Florida. The property sold in fourteen months for better than book value. |

| 1989 |
The Manager took over financially troubled Sheraton University Inn in Ann Arbor, Michigan. By year's end, property realized a 20% increase in Gross Operating Profit.
The Manager obtained a hotel in Fredericksburg, Virginia on behalf of bankruptcy trusteeship. The previously lost Holiday Inn franchise was regained. The management company and the hotel's new ownership have worked closely with Citibank, N.A. to save their interest. The hotel has been refinanced and has realized substantial net operating income.
The Quality Inn and College Conference Center in Westminster, Maryland was added to portfolio. The brand name changed to Comfort Inn. The first year's operating loss was decreased by $450,000. |

The Manager acquired the bankrupt 245 room Sheraton Inn in Fort Smith, Arkansas through a management agreement with First Nationwide Bank, FSB. The management company turned the property around and returned $2,000,000 in cash to the bank. Property sold in 1992 for twice book value. |

The Manager developed and operated a 96 room Comfort Inn in New Buffalo, Michigan for O'Brian Development Corporation.
The Manager assumed management of Holiday Inn - Otter Creek, the adjacent office complex and the Days Inn in Little Rock, Arkansas for Marathon U.S. Realities, Inc. Operating profits increased dramatically.

Charles Marshall formed a partnership that constructed a 96-room Comfort Inn on a 35 acre parcel of land in Salisbury, Maryland. Cash flow profit of $488,226 was realized during first nine months of operations. The hotel has won numerous awards, including three choice "Gold Awards". The hotel continues to be profitable and has appreciated more than 300 percent. |

The Manager acquired the Safari Resort Inn in Tampa, Florida. A Best Western franchise was obtained. Subsequently, Charles L. Marshall sold his interest to the General Partners. |

Partners with the Manager formed a limited partnership and purchased the former 151 room Holiday Inn - East in Columbus, Ohio. Franchise was changed to a Quality Inn. Partners received, after tax, returns of more than 100%.
A limited partnership purchased a 410 room Holiday Inn. The property converted to a Quality Inn in Downtown Chicago. The Gross Operating Profit of over $5,500,000 was achieved in 1998. The hotel was purchased for $4,500,000 and sold for $25,000,000 in 1999. |
